It’s a deceptively easy task: Measure, rinse, add water, simmer, steam, and less than a half an hour later, you’re done. In contrast to the Neuro Fuzzy’s 6-cup and 10-cup options, the Cuckoo comes in only the hefty 10-cup size. But if you want to make one-pot stews or leave your food to cook while you’re at work, you may be better off with another kind of multicooker.
