About this deal

I think the first half hour is pleasant with the top notes but the remainder is powdery and I tend to recoil with powdery woody dry downs. But the powdery note--it smells distinctively like a make up pouch--really gives an impression of a woman who's aware of their appearance and its importance in their life, a woman who always try to consider crowds opinion and behave accordingly. So I decided to wear it today since it's hot and sunny and I wanted something floral but a little fresh and aromatic. the strawberry isn’t synthetic, sweet, or lip balmy, it’s juicy and sour, closer to a true, natural strawberry scent.

I mostly get green, fresh violet leaf, sweet violet, and squeaky-clean musk, and there are moments when a fruity tartness from strawberry and grapefruit peeks through. for a couple months i LOVED this perfume and used it everyday, but now when i put it on it it gives off a WOOD VARNISH SMELL?I love the purple but the addition of the sparkly gold daisy flower on the lid is super cute – it brings out the child in me! However, as my nose has developed to prefer more complex scents I just would not go repurchase this now.

It reminds me of the scent of a fresh unripe banana peel, an impression I also get from Lancome's "Idole", although Daisy is a bit colder, maybe even a little waxy. I first smelled it in a magazine and loved it, but when I actually got the fragrance, it just smelled synthetic and weird on me. Also, this friend of mine had migraine and Daisy was a scent she used very fondly, so we can say it is migraine-friendly. This article explains the difference between them all and links to where you can get them, including the discontinued ones. A few years later, I tossed what little was left in the bottle, feeling it too juvenile for someone nearing 30.The black bottle makes this look like it will be a strong fragrance but it remains a light fresh floral scent. While it has mass appeal - being fresh, sweet, light and unchallenging - it is pretty and pleasant throughout. Musky, fruity, fresh white florals — it has a little bit of everything and it will always be a classic for all ages.

I adore the smell of wild violets too too much to disregard the original Daisy in favor of Daisy Eau So Intense. One can definitely wear this all year around but the best time would be spring and summer, in my opinion. It smells like if a fairy made a mixture of grass, sparkling water, Daisy petals, and a drop of strawberry juice outside during a spring day. Though I like sweet fragrances, I prefer sweet notes from boozey vanilla instead of jasmine and gardenia. I'm not yet sure if this is FBW, and I'm also thinking that this is similar enough to some other scents I have with very similar DNA (Jaipur Bracelet, perhaps) that I probably don't need any more than the 0.Since the launch of the first fragrance Marc Jacobs Daisy in 2007, Marc Jacobs has made his mark in the fragrance industry. Sometimes the white bottle is known as Marc Jacobs Daisy White, and the gold as Marc Jacobs Daisy Gold. I also do reviews for perfumes safe for migraines, and it has neither set one off nor aggravated a headache when I had one.
