The first thing that surprised me when using the grinder was how fast it was. It’s very noticeable and something I wouldn’t have expected. It is also quite easy and intuitive to use the dial to switch between the many grind settings on the Mini. Burr Quality – 5/5 The Handground has 40 mm ceramic burrs, and it’s not a fast manual grinder. Thedull burrsespecially have problems when it comes to lighter roasts.
