Now at peace with the Draigar, the Norvagen's elite warriors joined with the Draigar's elite in forming the Ferroch, a special strike force led by Dev and Kyra. When Odaku forces led by Witch-Queen Scylla began to invade their lands, King Olsef led the Norvagen into battle alongside the Draigar, once again utilizing their powerful navy. After Gorhagar, aided by Dev and Kyra, defeated Scylla and took over leadership of the Odaku people, the three major factions ended the battle peacefully.

The Norvagen symbol featured a side profile of a sea dragon's head. During the Krystal Wars, the Norvagen primarily flew a blue banner with a gold Norvagen symbol, though dark red and yellow variants existed as well. The Norvagen appear to be inspired or influenced by traditional Viking or Nordic culture. This can be seen by the fact that their name, Norvagen, is a combination and corruption of the words "North"/"Nord" and "Dragon"; or, more distantly, the words "North"/"Nord"/"Norse" and "Viking." With at least three big castle sets in the mix along with what I already had I'm planning on building up a massive fortress city. It's actually about the best way to store the sets as they take up a lot of room in dismantled condition. Fortunately quite a few of the set instruction books were included with the deal or else I would be having a very hard time trying to make sense of everything. As a kingdom of seafarers, the Norvagen were most well-known for their expertise in shipbuilding and naval warfare, specializations that gave them an advantage at sea. During the Krystal Wars, they boasted a powerful navy consisting of massive Men 'O War that served both as warships and as sea-based transport craft. This knowledge of shipbuilding and naval warfare would be incorporated by the Fyren, itself formed partially by Norvagen warriors, which enabled them to have their own naval force of Sea Phoenix warships. Even after the Draigar-Norvagen war, the Norvagen continued to possess a strong navy of Men O' War, alongside the more contemporary Norvagen Destroyer model.

Ostgard: King of the Norvagen during the Krystal Wars, who personally commanded his own Man 'O War. One of the storage boxes contains nuffing but dragons. I didn't realise that MB made so many different dragons over the years. I had a few of the older series hard plastic dragons already which are a bit naff looking, but the later dragons made from softer and more flexible plastics are waaaay better. Some of them would look just fine if they were used for Warhammer Fantasy Battles with the Shadow Dragon GRYNDEL from the Ramparts of Ryousan set being the best of the lot. It's the only one to have a flexible wire skeleton which allows it to be realistically posed. If I was still playing Warhammer I'd be delighted to field it in all its two foot long glory in my Elf Army. The Norvagen's homeland is across the endless sea. Skilled in both land and sea-launched assaults, these ruthless marauders are known for their distinctive green armour and razor-sharp swords. Ostgard, Gotelag and Kalborg are among the most feared of this warrior tribe." As they interacted with other cultures, the Norvagen utilized weapons besides their own, notably Draigar axes and Odaku blades.

While the "Norvagen Olsef" figure from the Portal of Fire set depicts Olsef in green-colored armour, the "Fyren Olsef" figure from the Fire Storm Fortress set depicts him wearing red-colored Fyren armour. The canonicity of "Fyren Olsef" in the Dragons lore is unknown, though it still represents Dev's father all the same. Man-O-War, also called Man O' War or Norvagen Destroyer, is the Norvagen's battle ship. It is the second biggest set in the Krystal Wars series. It comes with 1 Dragon named Midgaard. This set comes with 12 Warriors in total, 9 Norvagen and 3 Draigar. It also contains 12 shields, 16 weapons, 2 cannons, a jail and a Krystal. After centuries of war, Padraig, the Dragon Slayer, slayed the evil Dragon Eironchard at Fire Mountain. He then united the two armies to form the Draigar. Norvagen marauders were invading from the east, and with their now combined strength, the Draigar defended their coastlines from this new threat. The only thing which is a bit annoying is that the two headed dragon from the Iron Raiders Sea Assault set seems to be missing. It's one of the older hard plastic dragons, but I'd still like to have one of them in the collection.
