Not only does Chinshaka anticipate this award will help to set him apart in the competitive landscape of design, but he believes it will provide a solid foundation for building a successful career in his chosen field. Above all, Chinshaka says that the accolade will "serve as a constant reminder of the potential [I] hold and the responsibility [I] bear in contributing meaningfully to the creative landscape beyond the university walls." Wakrot Chinshaka, who graduated from the MA Industrial Design course, shares similar sentiments to Sutton and Dendere.

CSM Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who are not exhibiting in the Foundation show, and students from other UAL colleges, are asked to attend the public opening 18–21 May, due to the limited capacity of the Lethaby Gallery. Last entry will be 8:30pm – please ensure you and your guests are inside by this point as you may not be able to re-enter past this time.If the gallery reaches capacity, there will be a one-in-one-out policy. So, within this project I thought that I would do this more overtly, looking into queer British history and art. The key research for the project is Francis Bacon and Leigh Bowery, exploring the themes: seeing/not seeing, queerness, concealment, tension and flamboyancy – experimenting with knitwear to explore these themes.
