About this deal

In looking for the father who has given her nothing, will she lose those who have given her everything? No quiero decirles mucho, pues esta es una segunda parte, pero sí quiero que tengan claro que la historia de Willem es absolutamente preciosa y real.

It's moments like this throughout the novel that add that emotional element driving the narrative to an exceptional level. My only regret was not reading both books back to back because there were moments that I wondered how close these two characters came to finding each other throughout the book. A medida que pasan las páginas, Gayle Forman va creando una imagen súper tridimensional de Willem que no teníamos hasta ahora. After an embarrassing encounter with a hot British student, things got worse because Caleb Yates ended up being much closer for comfort. However, it doesn’t seem to be working: Activity I observe every day on X isn’t decreasing, but growing. On the first day of orientation, I had an altercation with an infuriating British dude in a campus bathroom. The opening dragged and I really didn’t find Teagan’s first encounter with Caleb in the men’s room and that dumb bathroom humor as any kind of meet-cute or attention-grabbing. And the fact that this book made that glorified pamphlet of foot fetishizing have to come into creation is reason enough to one star it.

I used to love the tandem pairing of Ward and Keeland too, but their recent books have only been partial likes for me, or not at all.

Like all of Lainy's novels, the story raises a number of controversial/contemporary issues which are thought-provoking, as well as entertaining. I really wanted to love this story, it truly had a lot of potential but the story just dragged and I didn't quite felt the connection between these two until closer to the end. he’s angry at her and he misses her and he misses his home and his dad and how things used to be and you can feel it through the paper. I’m not sure why I found this novel so compelling, maybe it was the unfairness of it all or maybe Batman’s crafted writing made Ethel real and he simply made me care about her. Ebooks fulfilled through Glose cannot be printed, downloaded as PDF, or read in other digital readers (like Kindle or Nook).
