Step 3: Sew the gold lining to the blue fabric at the top and sides of the cape. Leave the bottom of the cape and lining open. Step 4: For the collar, draw a partial rainbow shape and cut it out to use as your pattern. Pin the shape onto the pleather fabric and then cut out the collar. About me

It took some time but I was able to finish it in one day. I just kept doing it all day long in between all my other tasks. Make sure to do both sides. It would probably go faster if I used three different spray bottles. I also felt like the color got darker if it sat in the water bottle longer. Like maybe it oxidizing. I like the effect of having different shades of green. I was really happy with how it turned out. It’s nice when you have a vision and things go according to plan. Medium gray vest with cap sleeves. Vest is made of a light to medium-weight matte fabric (cotton or cotton blend recommended). Step 4: Place the strip onto the inflated beach ball. Smooth out any bumps or creases with your fingers or a paintbrush. Repeat this step until the entire beach ball is covered with a layer of strips.
