Hold on – don’t be fooled into thinking that mic reflection filters are all the same. They’re not! In fact, to assume so you couldn’t be more wrong. For instance, some filters use traditional foam to diffuse sound, while others rely on innovative forms of felt. And it’s much the same with mic coverage too. Some protect your mic from all 360 degrees, while others just deal with reverb from the sides.
