I have no idea whether there is some minor size variability in the production or not, so maybe this is just an isolated case, but if you show me that an accessory is compatible with the dock I expect it to work without damaging (or risking to damage) the console, the dock or the screen protector every time I use it the way it is advertised. The switch feels so much better without the grip, but is so much harder to aim, and the switch feels so much worse with the grip, but is slightly easier to aim.
