Well prepare for a miserable time if you get blisters as while you could just press on and grin and bear it, if the bubble bursts there’s a very real possibility of developing an infection. and I did actually put them on at Glyder Fawr but not because of blisters - but because these new boots are just so bloody uncomfortable in general!
