For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned. Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
By the end of 2020, L’Oréal had helped 100,905 people from disadvantaged communities find employment through its solidarity purchasing and inclusion programs. We are not starting from scratch. In Honduras for example, where local indigenous communities protect and restore mangroves, the brand will support a project managed by a cooperative of women who will receive support and education.
