About this deal

The Metropolitans was designed by renowned international architectural firm baumschlager eberle. Innovative solutions such as the double-layer façade which creates terraces make the project unique in terms of its architecture and the living experience it offers. The Met had been exploiting the land along its lines since the 1880s but entered a new phase when their first housing estate was built at Pinner in 1900.
