For the slope mode, the Profey will not be as accurate as something like a Bushnell, but it is worth the money you will pay. Getting accurate distances to a pin without having to pace around the golf course is well worth the price of the Profey. A challenge I have faced with affordable range finders is their ability to measure yardages in poor light. The Blue Tees Golf Series 3 Max shined in this category because of its Auto-Ambient Display setup. I noticed it adjusted the clear display text to contrast with the lighting conditions, making it easy to detect my target in poor light.

The 6x clear magnification helped me zoom in on my target for greater clarity. Although, the optics were not as clear as the more expensive options. Its continuous range measurement of up to 650 yards impressed me, as it offered yardages to the green and hazards. If you’re a golfer and don’t have a rangefinder in the bag, you’re missing out on a chance to improve your game.
