Works perfectly in summer cocktails but I just discovered on a rainy, slightly cold summer evening how nice it also works in a hot chocolate - definitely one to keep in mind for later in the year! This is a high quality coconut rum, its very strong yet incredibly smooth, ive been using koko kanu for mixing a number of rum based cocktails and I am not disappointed, it's very cost effective aswell only needing one 50ml to make cocktails in 3 large hurricane glasses at a time and added with coconut cream and other liqueurs its still gutsy enough to taste both the alcohol and the coconut but in the best possible way.
