About this deal

Ingredients: Red Chilis (25%), vinegar, chilli extract, lime juice, tomato paste, blackberry wine, spices, citric acid, onions, garlic, antioxidant ascorbic acid (vitamin C), xanthan (natural thickener).

If you're ready to embark on a fiery adventure that will leave you craving more, don't hesitate to grab a bottle of this incredible hot sauce. I'd advise you to build up to Dave's products, as they are a huge step up from Tabasco or other milder sauces. Product Ingredients: Red habaneros, tomato sauce, hot pepper extract, onions, red chiles, garlic, cane vinegar, vegetable oil, spics, anthum gum (natural stabiliser).

Dumping a pile of Dave's Insanity on something kind of reminds me of the time my mother mailed me a container of home-made chili pepper paste, along with some home-made tamales. I imagine it is too hot to be enjoyably consumed on a regular basis in any significant quantity by nearly anyone. This is an insanely spicy and delicious cooking ingredient and should be used diluted (with oil) or in soups, sauces, or dressings. I wonder how many potential future chileheads this sauce turned off to really spicy stuff back in the '90s because it taught them that the hotter a product tastes the shittier it has to taste.

years ago I bought this and almost died (not literally, but you could actually die from too much hotness) that’s when I learned you have to use it with caution. These 4 selections are considered Dave's hottest and best selling hot sauces: Ultimate Insanity, Ghost Pepper, Scorpion Pepper, and insanity. If you are not familair with how hot chilli sauces can be, this sauce will provide the kind of enlightenment you will not forget. Marinades – Add flair and flavour to your cooking with these fine chilli infused marinades and cooking sauces.

As a sauce, this stuff is not pleasant but as an ingredient, it certainly holds potential for livening up anything where that tomato purée and pepper flavour might fit in. By the 2nd sandwich, my nose started playing up, my eyes were watering, my mouth was lightly throbbing, and I could feel the burn in my throat. I have to admit, the Insanity Sauce at least turned me off to Dave's hot sauces for a while, simply because of the heat - my heat threshold is such that no amount of it was small enough for me to feel like it tasted good. The hottest I have on hand is Melinda's Naga Jolokia, which is about as hot as I want, but it's very tasty. It never has your mouth in agony, and doesn’t really bite, but wow it gives you such a Nivana like state for a good ten minutes after your food is finished.

We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented here and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. Easy to prepare, mega tasty microwaveable popcorn in a variety of flavours from Spicy Sriracha to mega hot Carolina Reaper. Item was as described, delivered on time, and seller was great about providing updates during the process. Though it's not too bitter like some extract sauces, some fingerfuls do have a slight bitter element to them and I am not at all impressed by Dave's Insanity's otherwise lacklustre taste.

A piece of hot sauce history you can show off to your friends and co-workers and say “this was the original extract sauce”. Dave’s Insanity Sauce is absolutely the best- use with caution though, tried on pizza once and probably drank an entire gallon of milk before I cooled off. Next thing I knew was a heat like I had never experienced before as I had scooped a large amount up thinking I could handle it…. I wear gloves for fresh superhots now though because juice just does not wash off, no matter how hard you try.
