This is a good value system that comes with everything you need from when your baby is little, but it’s also the only one we tested that doubles up as a tablet for toddlers, too. The five-inch touchscreen monitor, which is rimmed with a silicone bumper and is thus more durable than most, is preloaded with interactive videos, picture books narrated by ‘Hubble the Bear’ and simple games. Maxi-Cosi’s Connected Home app allows you to stay close to your baby 24/7, giving you reassurance that your little one is safe, comfortable and soothed at all times. A good battery lifespan is also a must,” says Millie. “My number one tip is to fully charge the battery before you use the monitor for the first time, to improve its battery life potential long-term. As with the whole Maxi Cosi Connected Home product range, the Wifi Baby Monitor features stylish minimal design with clean lines and soft natural colours that excellently complement modern home interiors. This smart set includes See Wifi Baby Monitor, USB Power Adapter, Reset Pin and Wall Mounting Kit. I can’t speak to this from experience, because thankfully this was never triggered with Jasper, but its reputation is excellent and it’s a great solution should your budget not stretch to its more expensive competitors.
