It has been given a banana flavour to make it more appealing for children over 5 months of age who may be using the product.

Using Bonjela while pregnant or trying to conceive is not known to be harmful, but it’s always worth speaking to your doctor or pharmacist beforehand. COX is involved in making substances in the body known as prostaglandins, in response to injury and in certain conditions. The prostaglandins cause pain, swelling and inflammation.
