Now you can make your own template — and then you can put your own designs inside the squares you print. For something a little bit more creative, take a look at this Post-It Note Colouring Sheet! This is a great one for children and they can even write their own mini to-do list on the note after colouring it in. You can also share the note by opening it first, and then tap the ellipsis icon ( ... ) located in the upper right. Tap Share Note.
And then there are three different templates you can choose from depending what you’d like to print on those notes. Tip: Make a copy of your “template” document and use it for layout. Keep your “template” as it is to show you where to place your Post-Its, but in your design documents, delete the lines around the boxes. Then, if your Post-Its aren’t perfectly placed, it won’t be as obvious. Find your printer’s manual feed tray, slot or option. If you don’t know which side it will print on, run a test print. To close a note that you've modified, tap Done, and then tap the downward-facing arrow in the upper left. Don’t remove the rectangles from your first template. Those rectangles on the TEMPLATE #1 will guide you were to add your post it notes.
You need to sign in with the same account on multiple devices to see your notes across your devices. From the list of notes, slide a note from the right to reveal note options, and then tap the left share icon.

It’s important to remove those rectangles because you don’t want to have those on the Post-it notes itself. (18.) Share your notes And if you placed the paper correctly in your printer you should have your designs printed on the blank Post-its! Make sure the adhesive end on the Post-It Notes is going to go into the printer first. You can damage your printer if you put them through the other way.
Add content to your note any way you want. You can use the keyboard, write with your finger or stylus on a touch-enabled device, or add a picture.
