NOTE: I’ve previously featured another range of hair care products from the same company on this blog. The only challenge is that I take short showers and the Alpicin products need to be in the hair for a minimum of 2 minutes. Alpecin’s study was conducted using extracted human hair follicles, and performed in vitro (meaning outside of the body). You should consider all of the options available to you so you can pick the best products for your needs. This was mainly for its blood circulating abilities but it was a bonus that it apparently helped with inflammation too and contained antioxidants that help heal damaged follicles.

Lab studies are showing promising results, but without in-depth world studies, we can’t say its effectiveness for sure. You’re sure to notice a few “natural” ingredients, including caffeine, castor oil, menthol, panthenol, and tocopherol. Just used it 2 days and I see great progress, my hair is now thicker and hair is growing back in my inlets. Likewise, silicones are great for giving hair slip and shine, but they can also weigh finer hair types down.
