Aren't they pretty? They're an amazing weekend treat, but you could equally serve them as desserts at a dinner party! One of the joys of this recipe is it's not only ridiculously easy to make but it can also be made ahead, indeed it needs at least 30 minutes in the freezer, or two or more hours in the fridge to set before serving.
