It’s been a little while since I reviewed Jareth the Goblin King from the Funko Pop range of Labyrinth figures but I’ve finally gotten around to sorting out pictures of the Labyrinth Ludo Pop Vinyl figure. Though, in all that time collecting, I have yet to find any action figure distribution company so well put together as EE! They have proven that trust by backing up their claims and standing behind every guarantee they promote.
Excellent for the money and I wasn't expecting it to be so big, Ludo pop figure comes in a huge box and is very detailed to the way he looks in the movie. markets and sells products, including children's products, for purchase by adults 18 years and over. I personally have thoroughly enjoyed collecting Star Wars figures for the past twenty-five-plus years.The box features the Labyrinth 30th anniversary logo and shows the other figures available in the range. The action figure of Ludo (Supersized), from the Labyrinth franchise is a POP which came out in July 2016. Don’t get me wrong, I’m constantly amazed by how Funko capture the likenesses of people with so little detail but non human characters are often more detailed and Funko really excel when it comes to detailing.
The fur sculpting is awesome here and this particular figure had very nice paint applications too which is an area where Funko can be particularly weak. and Jennifer Connelly as Sarah are mixed with a cast of Jim Henson created puppets based on the work of, famed, Faries painter Brian Froud. It’s really hard to see any Labyrinth fan not loving the Labyrinth Ludo Pop Vinyl figure, sure he may not be David Bowie and his bulging crotch but a big orange monster with a speech impediment is a damn fine runner up!
Ludo is the big loveable creature that Sarah finds hung upside down and being tormented by Goblins as she navigates her way through Jareth’s Labyrinth. All Funko Pops are packaged expertly and shipped in a FREE POP protector (standard 10 cm POPs only).
