Treadmills are some of the most complicated home gym equipment you can get; they are big, have many features and are often capable of producing various workout modes. Hence why we spend anything between 2-4 weeks with every machine before we decide where it fits in the current treadmill landscape. As well as testing the features, we look at how comfortable it is to run on the treadmill, how straightforward the user interface is, how easy it is to store and move the machine around, and whether it's a good value for money (or not). We tested this non-stop for several hours per session As an experienced athlete and keen runner, I got on very well with each session with the 2950. I found myself able to really pound along, using a decent incline (always my preferred method) in comfort, with a full range of programmes from which to choose (all top-quality, as I have come to expect from iFit). The two workout fans in the console are good height and provide a nice breeze. Multiple power settings allow you to find just the right amount of flow. The fans are not too loud.
