About this deal

Why does Parental Control show my device has reached the time limit while it actually hasn’t? 06-01-2022 24096 Cannot detect or find the wireless signal of Wi-Fi6/Wi-Fi6E/Wi-Fi7 products(Router/Range Extender/Deco) 05-17-2023 502414 Admittedly, the Deco XE75 won’t reach the outrageous 150MB/sec speeds that we’ve seen from other Wi-Fi 6E systems. That could be down to the wireless hardware or to the Gigabit Ethernet connection. Whatever the reason, our tests suggest its performance ceiling is around 90MB/sec. Wifi 6E in heel het huis–met een bereik tot 670 m 2 met de nieuwe generatie wifi behoren slechte verbindingen en bufferen tot het verleden †‡

The process has never changed for their mesh range, starting with one Deco connected to your modem via the fastest available LAN/WAN port. Using the 2.5Gbps port on either, the primary Deco shows a pulsing blue light, indicating it's ready for setup.

Tri-Band WiFi 6E

The XE75 Pro satellite node turned in a score of 801Mbps on the 5GHz close-proximity test, besting the Asus ZenWiFi ET8 (787Mbps) and the Linksys Atlas Max 6E (792Mbps) nodes, but not the Netgear Orbi RBKE963 node (853Mbps). On the 5GHz 30-foot test, the XE75 Pro satellite node’s score of 512Mbps trailed the Asus ZenWiFi ET8 node (531Mbps), the Linksys Atlas Max 6E node (515Mbps), and the Netgear Orbi RBKE963 node (531Mbps). If you’re looking to invest in the latest, fastest Wi-Fi technology, you probably don’t want the top speeds to be limited to a small radius around the router – you want them throughout your home. Unless your living arrangements are particularly palatial, the Deco XE75 achieves that with only two mesh units.

Still, it’s only half the throughput potential that the Netgear Nighthawk RAXE500 can deliver. It retains the top spot with a maximum bandwidth of 2.396Gbps.

Intelligent netwerk voor een slimmer huis

The system runs three separate networks, on the 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz radio bands, so it will work with Wi-Fi devices from any generation. The latter two bands support a theoretical maximum data transfer rate of 2.4Gbits/sec, with 2×2 MIMO and a maximum 160MHz channel width. With 75-feet (22.5 meters) between the host router and the receiving system, the network regained some momentum delivering 318.5Mbps. Here, it was the big winner with more than three-times the throughput available from the Orbi RBKE963 (93.4Mbps) at the same distance. The Netgear Nighthawk RAXE500 and Linksys Atlas Max 6E trailed at 148.6Mbps and 50.6Mbps.
