About this deal

After a cool evening on our final night, we awoke to no condensation on the inside of the front screen in the morning, which after some reading online is the advantage of an external insulation setup. It felt lovely and cool inside the van and it was only when we went outside we realised it was already quite warm out there. So it seems good for keeping the heat in and out too. Obviously we haven't tested it in cold weather yet but I feel confident it will be better again than the standard VW curtains. Meet the team: Our Directors are Beth, Amber, Liz and Lee. Making our internal thermal blinds we have Will. In the printing department we have Dylan, and at the sewing machines making out other products we have Sophie, Sylvia, Nancey and Lisa.

We are our own first customers, everything we make has been trialed and tested by ourselves. If I scrape the ice off the outer windscreen and spray on some deicer it doesn't seem to do the necessary well enough, and the interior windscreen is often misty/icy. So I am asking you folks what have you found which works best to silently clear a frosty windscreen? We are also a business ran mostly by women which we are proud to shout about in a male dominated industry! I have a silvered windscreen cover thing which I bought from a car shop for a couple of quid, and I haven't used this yet. I suppose you simply put it on the windscreen, held down with the wipers, then when removed the ice will be on that. I will be trying with this. But I don't think it will sort it out enough.
