About this deal

The first real clue as to how bad this film is are the slow motion shots of town landscapes to pad up the feeble script. This is a hodge podge of horror concepts shoe horned into a truly indolent movie. The dialogue is terrible, the character behaviour implausible and the whole story seems to me a lazy supernatural 'giallo' copy. A middle class couple's dinner is interrupted when three young men, looking for their son, take them hostage in their suburb home. Risk: Mid-and-late-season sweet cherries are commonly affected. There is no way out for anyone in this movie, and even the innocent are doubted in this, many will ask about the final frame 'did he have the knife/axe' or 'was he scared'.
